Please take clear photos of the issue and send them, along with your order number, to info@nestwoodhome.com. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping costs and will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your order, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, which we cover). Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
