Below are the average timeframes and costs for our deliveries to the United Kingdom:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 4:00 PM (GMT/BST)

  • Handling Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday)

  • Transit Time: 4 to 9 business days (Monday – Friday)

  • Shipping Fee: FREE

  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 5 to 12 business days


ORDERING PROCESS

To protect your data and ensure secure processing, we do not accept orders by telephone. You can easily place your order through our online store:

  1. Selection: Select your desired product and add it to your shopping cart.

  2. Account: Log in to your existing account or create a new one.

  3. Details: Enter or confirm your shipping and payment information.

  4. Finalize: Complete your order. You will receive an automated confirmation email immediately.


SHIPPING & TRACKING

Your order will be handled by our trusted delivery partners to ensure it reaches you safely:

  • Royal Mail

  • DPD

  • EVRi / Hermes

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time. All products sold by our store are sourced and shipped from trusted suppliers and manufacturing partners across Asia.


ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your delivery address during checkout. nestwoodhome is not liable for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

In the event of a failed delivery due to an incorrect address, the purchase amount will be refunded minus the incurred shipping and handling costs. To receive the items at the correct address, a new order must be placed.

ADDRESS CHANGES AFTER ORDERING

Need to change your delivery address after placing an order?

  • Please contact us immediately at info@nestwoodhome.com.

  • If your package has not been shipped: We can update the address for you.

  • If your package has already been shipped: We are unfortunately unable to change the delivery route once the item is with the carrier.
