FAQ

1. How long does delivery take? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once dispatched, transit takes 4–9 business days (Monday to Friday). In total, you can expect delivery within 5–12 business days.

2. What is the order cut-off time? Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT/BST) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.

3. Is shipping free? Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

4. Which courier will deliver my order? Your order is delivered by one of our trusted partners — Royal Mail, DPD, or EVRi/Hermes — depending on your location.

5. Can I track my order? Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.

6. Where do you ship to? We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

7. What should I do if my order is delayed? If your order exceeds the estimated total delivery time of 5–12 business days, please contact us at info@nestwoodhome.com with your order number and we'll look into it for you.

8. Can I cancel my order? You can cancel within 1 hour of your order confirmation by emailing info@nestwoodhome.com with your order number. After this hour, cancellation can no longer be guaranteed, as your order may already be in the preparation or shipping phase.

9. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item? Please take clear photos of the issue and send them, along with your order number, to info@nestwoodhome.com. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping costs and will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

10. What is your return policy? You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your order, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, which we cover). Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
